Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final; we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

  • In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product (i.e., not what you ordered), which is still in its original packaging and unused, you may mail the product back to us. Once we receive it, we will either send you the correct product or issue store credit for the amount.

  • If a specific product in your order is out of stock, we will remove that item from your order and adjust the total amount. The remaining items will be dispatched with an updated invoice and adjusted amount.

  • Cashback and discount codes are not applicable to promotional items.
