We want every NJ Couture piece to feel right.
If it doesn't, we're here to help.
ELIGIBILITY
An item may be eligible for a return or exchange when:
• The item is unused and unworn
• Original tags remain attached
• Packaging is intact
• The item has not been washed, altered, or damaged
• The request is submitted within the applicable return/exchange period
Certain products may be excluded from returns or exchanges.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
EXCHANGES
Eligible items may be exchanged for another available size or applicable product, subject to stock availability.
RETURNS
If your order qualifies for a return, our team will provide the appropriate instructions.
Do not send anything back without contacting us first.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the original payment method and payment provider.
FINAL SALE
Items specifically marked as Final Sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Every request is reviewed according to the applicable conditions.
NJ Couture reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
